I checked power at the door, nothing there and then cb fuse inside car at fuse panel, also nothing there. There is nothing marked as having anything to do with PW under the hood at the relays, even if i have changed all twice now. I very much appreciate your time and if you have ANY other advice i sure could use it. I am completely dumb founded on this. Thanks again.
