S SPHINX ? New member Mar 9, 2011 #1 ... it's not really. The real question is; when you buy a laptop in a store, do you get back up discs of the os, softwares and drivers like you do when you order online with dell? (presuming dell still do that) BQ: 15'' or 17'' ?
