To buy a honda nc50 or not?

I am going to view a honda cn50 tomorrow well two actually for restoration one is near complete the other is for spares for £65 . I m only going to be using for a small 4 mile commute not bothered about what they look like well i like the look to be honest i wanna know speed am i liked to get from it and will it take my weight (15stone) Cheers Stewart
