To be a child again..reminisce with me and read my poem?

Sometimes
While riding on the bus
Downtown going to
Work and drinking in
The elegance of life
The trees dark green
Like peas cringing
Onto a fork screaming
For mercy yet they
Are swallowed by
An infant’s mouth
The mandarin ducks
Like queens gliding
About their palace
Decorated golden
Bars forged by the
Golden Sun spotting
The sky like an eye
I see children playing
Singing and skipping
Whistling and humming
Jumping and running
And sometimes I wish
I knew what it was like
To turn the dullness
Of nothingness into
Miracles of everything

This dream I dream, sometimes.
