to all owning a mazda car! i need sugestions!!?

2006 Mazda RX-8 2D Coupe does this still have issues like the 04 and 05 did with the battery consumption and the automatic gear.

and should i buy it? it has got a recall in its history "VOLUNTARY EMISSION RECALL" other than that its all clean and inspected.
