To all gardeners,your advice again on palm trees please?

hi there, i posted a question a few days ago regarding a palm tree i have who's leaves are going all brown and droopy.this i believe to be my fault as i didn't realise you had to wrap the leaves in fleece over the winter as we moved house only earlier on this year so i didn't know this. ive found out that this palm is definitely a chinese windmill palm. its approximately 11 years old and is huge!!! well over 10ft. can anyone give me any more advice please? i don't want to lose this tree if i can do anything to stop it. ive had some good answers but forgot to ask should i cut off the brown leaves or not? all advice greatly appreciated.
