Tmobile's New Data Plan Lineup

There was a lot of speculation and now we have solid answers thanks to Joshua Karp of The Boy Genius Report

Beginning tomorrow, Sept. 12th via retail, and on Tmobile.com by Sept. 16th, the new updated price plans for data are as follows:

*note: add-on requires a voice plan*Total Internet add-on = $19.99 (full data services for non-BB smartphones/pdas)BIS add-on = $19.99BIS email add-on = $9.99 (limited service to just email. all other data services blocked)BES add-on = $29.99*note: stand-alone requires no voice plan*Stand-alone BIS = $39.99Stand-alone BES = $39.99Stand-alone T-mobile Internet = $49.99-Sidekick data plans are not included in the changes and will remain the same price.
 
Anything about the Blackberry Minutes and Mail package for $59.99 going to change? I was thinking of changing from just the bb data service to the m&m service.
 
that sorta stinks that they are upping the stand-alone BIS, so anyone know what the cheapest voice plan is gonna be? Maybe it would be cheaper to get a voice plan with an added e mail only BIS than getting a stand alone BIS...
 
With the email only add-on, I understand there is no web but is there email attachments or PIN ?

IMO it was a very poor decision for T-mobile to up the BIS stand-alone to $40 - same as BES, more expensive than AT&T ($35) and almost the same as Verizon ($45) both of which have better coverage (yes I know that is up for debate in some areas)
 
I have the Email only add on on my BB and they do take away everything but the email. But you are still able to browse the webs using the Tzones browser, although it does seem to be a bit slower.

Also, you aren't allowed to download anything from the web using the Tzones browser.
