Ok so my idiot of a sister put a PIN code on my cellphone, and i entered it wrong enough times that it now asks me for a PUK code, which i have to get by either calling customer service or getting it online through my Tmobile online account.
Problem is, i dont remember the password to my online account and when i ask for the password, it wants to send it to my cellphone... which is locked.
and i cant call customer service.
am i scr*wed?
