Tmobile sd card-moving from card to phone?

i just got the tmobile wing and i am just curious if anyone knows how to move pictures or ringtones from the sd card onto the phone.. I had a black berry pearl and i saved everything on that card to put on the wing and i cant figure out how to move it. it said that the sd card was there and recongized it but now i cant get any of my old pictures or ringtones onto the wing. Please help Thank you
