Tmobile prepaid phone and flexpay? Help!?

Can i buy a prepaid tmobile phone at walmart and use it for flexpay? and IF i can do that, do i have to buy a different SIM card whenever i activate it for flexpay or do i use the SIM card that came with the prepaid phone??
