Tmobile Network Down?

My 8320 is fine and is working right now. My husband has little clocks on all of his outgoing e-mail. I am getting really tired of all of the outages lately. We're small business owners and could potentially lose clients. Really tired!

Oh, we're in Chicago.
 
Yeah these are known issues. There in your area there are blackberry network mms and sms are down. Not affectng all subscribers. Try resending the service books to your phone you might be able to get yourself back on the network. Let me know what happens. Give it about 6hours
 
Just. Fyi. There are a few nation wide outages throughtout the t-mobile network. Mms. Sms. Tzones. Sidekick. Voicemail. Blackberry. Internet. Are all issues done in different areas. Positive on the T-Mobile. It is a Curve, they replaced my sim card, and now yesterday they gave me a new device. Things are better today. (Fingers Crossed!) Can access internet and all my services. Hope it lasts!
 
this is getting ridiculous.... i mean i haven't had uma consistently for the last 3 weeks in ohio. ive been a tmobile customer for 3 years now and ive never seen anything like this. i swear to god if **** doesn't change in a week, i am getting out of this contract, and i will for free, and i am going to a different carrier. this is the biggest load of **** ive ever seen. i pay 70 a month for something i cant even use. i was on the phone with the support and they wouldnt give me minutes or anything for compensation for their incopentance as a phone company. i know tech is crazy, but they need to get their **** together or they will be losing a lot of customers. i am so pissed right now....
 
Johnnyxedge-Can you check again for the Albuquerque, New Mexico market? Have been in lower case gsm for two days, no internet, really bad. Resent service books, and took out the battery. CS says to be patient. In the last 7 weeks I have had internet for maybe 3 weeks and really good internet for only two weeks. Realistically, what's up and how long?
 
I understand your frustration about nor being able to use the hotspot at home service. There have been a few glitches with that service as expected with anything new. I know tmobile is quickly working on a resolution. I'm not sure exactly what is causing the problems to be sure. I'm not sure if this all after affects of the bad weather that t-mobile headquarters faced in bellevue washington. I'm not sure if its due to trying to update the network for 3g or any updates that they are implementing to there network. Once again sorry for the inconvience. Thanks Jonny! So in other words, be patient! I will give it a few more weeks and see what happens. I dont have T Mobile at home service though, this is just ordinary regular service. ~Michael Russell
 
well, i've been having problems in memphis. i called tmo last ngiht because i had a few questions and i asked them if they were having problems and the lady on the phone said that our network should be alright, nothing should be wrong. it has gotten better today, but still not happy.
 
she either didn't know better or is feeding you b.s. they've been having nonstop issues for the past 2 months in one way or another. things have gotten far worse since that flood hit.
 
yea seriously. my service has been better today, alot better than it has been. my friend and i were just talking about our service, both of us having tmo, and both of us are having problems with incoming calls. when i get the call, its like i answer and theres nothing there. and they call the second time and its ok. i think she fed me a load of bs. i thought it might be my phone (i'm stuck with the razr until further notice until i get some monies to get the pearl, santa wasnt as nice as i thought he was going to be) but its apparently not just me and my stupid razr.
 
but as far as i know, my dads bb is working fine... but thinking about it... i dont think anyone calls him. so i dont know if its messed up or anything. he doesnt have the internet on his blackberry. so i dont know if it would be working or not.
