Tmobile Network Down?

Anyone experiencing coverage issues with Tmobile in the Atlanta area? I have GSM on the device (should be EDGE) but I cant even make calls. I have an 8100 with the .107 software and have also tried putting my SIM in the old 7100. No dice there either.

hmmm...sounds like something is down, i'll look into it. Have you tried resending the service books?

Just tried but no both phones don't even show GSM. There is no service on both of them.

I had to go to the Tmobile store and swap SIM cards. Now waiting for the phone to work again. They did say they were having major issues in the NE US where "some of their bigger servers are housed."

have full EDGE signal in texas but having issues with forwarding and sending emails but i can receive emails with no issues.

Im within the perimeter in Atlanta. Still showing only GSM and can only call customer service untill SIM change takes effect.

Boston, MA here! i had some troubles in the AM. wasnt receiving emails or txt and browser wasnt working.

did a battery pull and resend my service books and seems fine now
