Yes. You have an Android phone, you can get OOVOO now for it. That works on a lot of platforms, including PC's. How about Yahoo chat or Skype? I think those will work too. And then there is the video chat program that comes with the 4G. What's it called? Qix or something? I never used it but see if it has a PC app?
