i Have Had Nothing But Problem After Problem, Lie After Lie With Tmobile!!!!

i Have Had My Pearl Replaced With Over 8 Refurbs Since Dec Of Last Month!!! Some Are Damaged Or Non-working Right Out Of The Box.

last Month I Was Promised A Blackberry Curve At A Discount Rate, Or New Customer Price Due To The Fact That I Have Had So Many Problems With The Pearl.

well It Seems They Bull**ted Me Again, The Only Price They Are Willing To Give Me Is 399. Basically The Full Price, Even Though They Are Offering It To New Customers For 249$, Loyal Customer Dont Mean Squat To Tmobile. I Am Fed Up And Have Decided To Go With Verizon.i Will Gladly Pay The The Early Termination Fee As Long As I Can Purge This Hemmoroid Of A Company!

do Yourself A Favor Dont Believe Crap Tmobile Tells You!! They Lie, They Give You The Run Around, They Waste My Time, And I Hate When They Tell Me "well I Certainly Understand Your Frustration" It Drives Me Nuts.

any Body Got A Good Deal On A Verizon Plan??

I had them tell me the same thing after my pearl craped out on me and the replacements sucked as well. So I went to the store and they said 399 so I yelled BS and called customer care and still 399. I have been tempted to do the same thing however I love the hotspot at home. Damn you tmobile.

Do you have insurance, when my Pearl crapped out the first time, every time after they kept sending it back i kept telling them i had the same problem. After the third time they sent it, if you have insurance you are eligible for the handset exchange program in which i got the 8700g. If you keep requesting a handset exchange, theyll compromise.

actually thats sad to hear, but just so you know all wireless carriers are going to offer you the best pricing as a new customer, thats how they bait you in and they'll do it again when you get to the end of your contract that's how they nab you for a little while longer, and that's the truth. they actually fdon't make any money on upgrades or anything. all carriers usually doon't break even until you've fulfilled your contract. they don't make an money until after your contract is up, or unless you are going over your minutes, text, calling 411, or downloading media!!!!

with all that being said, what type of problems are you having with your pearl! i'm sure everyone of them that you've had couldn't have been defective, some of it could have been user error, and some of it could have been the device and some of it could have been the lack of tech support being able to pin point the problem. usually with any wireless carrier, i recommend that if you are promised something have them notate it in your account and get the name and rep id of the representative that helped you!

so what types of problems are you having!

How long have you been a customer with them? Usually the biggest discounts come after 2 years when a contract is up. I have had 10 BBs and several other phones with them and they tell you they understand the frustration because they have seen the problems before.

Not to say that all that is a lie, but some of the other guys out there are worst! Belive me I've been with two more carriers and my experience was bad. But the worst to me is sprint/nextel. Boy they suck!

I just bought the curve today w/tmobile. Because I have been a customer for 18months they gave it to me at the discount price. Not sure how long youve been a customer but its worth a shot!! Too bad about the poor service I havent had bad luck, but my roomate has... GOOD LUCK!

Keep talking to them and getting names. That is the best you can do. Keep track of who you call and what time. Who they transfer you to, and what time the transfer was made. Keep asking for a supervisor.....keep calm and You'll get what you want

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~i love tmobile, I actually switched to tmobile because of sprint, they started charging the customer when you called customer care and coverage sucked!!!! I was voicestream, and they became tmobile, I will not use another cell company. I am sure if you were nice and calm with them they would be more iclined to help you. They want to keep you as a customer.

sorry to hear your having trouble with tmo, personally im not on that network, but have many friends who are. I think from time to time some of us have situations our CSR cant answer or handle. I think its unfortunate that you had this happen to you! just want to say good luck with it!

I've been with a few companies and tmo is the best by far, but they do lie! When I first signed up I got the free phone they offered because with the deposit plus the price of the pearl it was too much at one time. I knew I would get the pearl within the 14day return period. So when I was ready I called tmo just to make sure I had everything I needed before I left my house and was told "just bring the phone, charger, and the manual. Ofcourse I get all the way to the store and they tell me "you need the box too". Talk about pissed! What makes it so bad is the rep I spoke to actually put me on hold and asked his manager just to be certain! Lie or stupidity? Incompetence starts with managment!

TMO is the best Cellular customer service I have ever seen in the wireless community. I am 100% satisfied with them. They are simply great.

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~i work for tmo as a dealer, and been doing it now for a year and not had a single problem with cs, they waived my number change fee and my shipping and handling charge for my curve. And that's without them knowing my dealer code. That's just from a customer standpoint, you have to talk to them nicely, and make small talk'make their day a little bit better, and they will treat you with the utmost respect. Believe me.

Sorry that you've had such a bad experience with T-Moblie. Consumer Reports specifically sites their good support as why they received a good rating. Every time I have contacted their tech support or sales I have been treat extremely well. Use another company (s) for a while and I bet you'll want to return to TMo. The first time I had TMO there were major reception problems in Chicago and in many areas along the NYS Thruway. I talked to a rep who akowleged that there were indeed large holes in all the areas I mentioned. I had to close my account, but he suggested that I check back in a year because by that time all those areas would have strong signals. A year of misery with Sprint and I decided to go back to T-Mobile. A week or so later I was on the road and everything the rep had promised was true. No problems from Madison, WI to Boston, MA. That impressed me.
