Alright, so like i just got the Tmobile Samasing Highlight for my birthday back in april. but ever sinse then i have had problems like the first problem was the lock button on the side wouldnt unlock or lock, then my phonebook will sometimes lock and not let me view it unless i reset my phone. i have tried everything from getting new phones, to getting memory cards, to resetting it all over and over, and taking the battery out every once and a while but it still dosent work at all. i dont know what to do because this is my 3 phone and i am still having the same problems... and also i have gotten a new sim card and its still happening, i am lost on why this keeps happening because this has happened on every phone i have had and i just want to know what your review is on it if you have it or you know someone that has is because is it normal to have this happen every once and a while?
