Hi,
I go to Kingsborough Community College in New York City. Due to network congestion, my tmobile blackberry wont work. It can only send/receive emails (very slowly). Cannot go online and phone calls take forever to connect. Dropped calls too.
I am not too worried about dropped calls. I just need my internet to work, especially since I do a lot of tethering.
So, If I get the 3G blackberry (9700) will my data work at normal speeds? Will it go too slow?
If the answer to my question is no, I would just need to switch to verizon wireless. I am trying to avoid switching because verizon costs an arm and a leg but they are the most reliable. AT&T has network congestion issues all over NYC so they're not an option, and sprint is by far the worst.
Thanks in advance
