This info is from the T-MobileSignal Forum...Thought my TMO peeps would like to know whats on the horizon .

Upcoming Phones:

1. RazrR2 V8 - Confirmed: October 8th 2007.

2. Samsung T429 - Confirmed: August 20th 2007 - Released

3. Nokia 2610 - Confirmed: August 27th 2007 - Released

4. Samsung T219s and T419 - Confirmed: September 3rd (T419 release has been canceled)

5. Samsung Beat (Samsung SGH-T539) - Confirmed: September 24th (Possible but doubtful T639 release too)

6. Blackberry Curve 8320 - Confirmed: Sept 24th

7. Motorola Pemba(?) W490 - Confirmed: Sept 24th

8. Samsung T739 - No date. T739 info

9. Sidekick 4 - No date. The SK4 has been kept very secretive, but here is what we know: It runs Danger OS v4.4, has a 400 x 208 pixel screen, has EDGE and a larger battery then the SK3.

10. Motorola Zante - No date. A Sidekick device with no significant advances from the SK3 besides a slightly shorter/thiner body and being manufactured by Motorola.

11. Nokia 6263 (3G phone) - Unconfirmed: Near the end of the year.

12. Blackberry 8820 - Unconfirmed: End of October.

14. String of Pearls (different colored Pearls) - Confirmed: September 24th

15. Nokia 6500 Slide - Early 2008

16. Nokia 3555 (T-mobile 3G phone) - Early 2008

17. Motorola Z6W - Q1 of 2008. Similar the the Motorola Z6, except with added UMA support for T-mobile Hotspot@home

Nice I'm about to end my first year of the contract. But I'm dying to see the new pearl in my hands. Loved 1 and will love. 2 even more. Its good its a month or less away!

You need to note that there is a difference between Pearl 2/8120 (new hardware) and string of Pearls (new colors). At this time there is no date for the Pearl 2 with all the new features....
 
thanks for the heads up, i've heard q2 of 2k8 for 3g but we will see. I've also heard motorola is now designing the sidekicks as well, they seem to be prety impressive, at least what i've heard.

Only 2 gripes I have are that: 1) The Sidekick 4 looks like the T-Mo MDA when closed; and 2) The SK Zante/Slide screen needs to be a little bigger. It looks like they shrunk it from previous models (I've had the Color SK, the SK2 and now the SK3). If they don't I will just stick with my 2, 3 and ID once I get it.

Oh and one more gripe...What happened to the trademark swivel screen???? Doesn't look like either one has it.

you're correct johnny...all the new sidekicks are going to be made by motorola..should be very interesting to see what they come up with...and yes the trademark swivel screen is gone...looks like they are going to keep them to a sliding screen

Does T-Mo not offer an add-on for unlimited nights & weekends? I thought that you could add it to your plan for $10 or something like that.... switching my family plan to the MyFavs 1000 would be perfect if I could get weekend minutes on one of the phone lines... otherwise I could be asking for trouble.

it'd be nice bit of savings though if I were to drop from the 2000 myfavs plan that I pay $110 for.
 
No the promotional myfavs 1k family plan is 59.99$ no nights/weekends. And with nights and weekends its 79.99$ it will save you 30$ yo go to the 1k from the 2k~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~
 
anyone use TMo at home? I wonder if it would work outside of the country with a curve....? I would probably ditch my Vzw account if that was possible.
