T-Mobile reps or anyone who can help with this one- thanks in advance.
Have a friend who got a BB and set up an account on BIS- [email protected] did you catch that? So did they after the fact.
So they deleted that account and attempted to recreate it. BIS did not allow, so they created [email protected]. They really wanted their original name, contacted TMO customer support and was told "your account is set to [email protected]". And all was well in the world, at least for the weekend. On Monday, they did not receive any email via [email protected]. to their berry account, so I sent a test message to username1 and it went thru.
In their BIS settings all their fields say [email protected], except for the one field you cannot change "your email- [email protected]"
Is their anyway to correct this and stop the insanity? Can user correct this or does TMO Customer Service have to get involved??
