TMO Plan Question

Right now I have a family plan with 2000 minutes, sharing 3 lines. I also have the following extra services:

HotSpot@Home Talk Forever Mobile FamilyTime Add-on

Unlimited Messages for Families Add-on

BlackBerry Unlimited Add-on

I have 3 devices that support UMA. Two of the devices are Blackberry's. Mine and the 8120 I just won. My question is this - Is the "Blackberry Unlimited Add-on" just for my 8320, or will this also cover the 8120 I just won, or will the 8120 need it's own "BlackBerry Unlimited Add-on" service?

2. You need to change your H@H add on to the the Family 4 pack - you will get UMA + mobile to mobile + the entire family shares all myfaves numbers (15 total with 3 lines) at the same $9.99 price!

1. Bummer. Trying to squeeze out as much "family" stuff I can get..

2. Awesome! Can I do this online via my.t-mobile.com or do I need to call in?

Give it a try on line but I think you will need to call in and expect it to be confusing and difficult - not all CSR's sem to know the plan. You can also contact JonnyXEdge here at rabroad and he will help you....

I heard it called the Family 4 pack
On MyTmobile it shows up as "Affordable Famliy Service Pack"
When I called in they tried to tell me "not available in your market"

Be persistent but polite - it is there and it is national.
 
I think it would be a great idea to have a Family Blackberry Data Plan!!! Like $50 a month gets you unlimited BIS for primary line and $5 a month to the secondary and/or add-a-lines. I know you can't just have one data package for multiple PINs and IMEIs, but it would still be a good idea that the $5 to the other lines would work as a seperate BIS to the Berry but would be added to a base plan.
 
T-Mobile just announced an unlimited family plan for 149.99 for the first two lines. Includes unlimited messaging too! Each additional line, completely unlimited, is 49.99. Doesn't include the BB internet service though

Maybe one day all carriers will have made enough money to let us get a single price plan that includes everything? (just wishful thinking)

P.S. I'm sure that you would have to call in to get this deal. Don't think it's on the website yet
 
if you want pm me and i can get the @home service added with the mobile to mobile on your account. it's 9.99$ monthly and it gives you unlimited calls over wifi and unlimited mobile to mobile if you haven't done so already
