Hey got a question I spoke to a rep 2 days ago after my acct was moved from smart access to a regular acct I asked about my fave and why they took the mobile to mobile minutes away the rep I a few different ways said that tmo was looking into a my ten type plan and the m to m would still be included have any of you heard about this and would like to spill the rest of the beans confirm it or say it aint so let me know cause alltell is doing good with the my circle
 
~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~ I work for a tmobile and I have never heard anything about "my tens", let me ask you something. Did the rep you talked to was a direct tmobile rep or he was a rep from a dealer?
 
~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~the rep was customer care and after I said why would tmo come with my fave and not something the same or better then alltel he said well tmo is looking into that and I asked why take away the m2m and again he said that their looking at both issues as to say don't worry tmo has my ten on the way and you won't loose m2m

Your typing makes it hard to understand what you're asking, that is why I constructively suggested using periods. You might find that you'll receive more help if you write your questions so they're easier to read. No offense was intended.
 
OK so from what I have gathered of this thread... My faves only lets you choose 5 people of any network to call, unlimited. With myFaves you get unlimited nights and weekends. If you want mobile to mobile, you have to pay an additional monthly fee. This goes for individual and family myFaves plans. Hopefully this cleared some stuff up. If not, let me know and I can try to help you out as much as possible.

Alltel has the 10 people circle and gives you mobile to mobile. As far as I know, Alltel is only in select markets so mobile to mobile would kinda be useless, depending where you live.

dasupaman23 I was asking if the tmo empl that are on the stack knew of any future rate plans that allow you to have up to ten people and keep your m2m with no additional charge. Its realy no big deal just thought a bit of info may have slipped out of the reps mouth.
 
Sorry, the only way you can have 10 people is to have a family myFaves. Each line gets their own 5, making a total of 10 between both lines. And AFAIK there is no way to keep mobile to mobile. It is an additional feature on the myfaves plans. As far as for the future, I have not seen or heard of anything like this. And if I did, I don't think I'd be allowed to discuss it either way. (I am an authorized tmo dealer )
 
Tmobile currently has "My Faves" which allows unlimited calling to any 5 people on ANY network.That is all we currently have..I am a T-Mobile Employee and I confirm this as being true.

I wish there's 20 people on myfaves.. Some buddies of mine would get jealous if they don't see their face on the 5 circles lol.
