Nope. I remember back in the day when I had Nextel on an older version of BIS, you could access the blackberry.net address emails from the PC, but I don't see a way with Tmobile. Although you could setup a filter to forward all the emails to a gmail or yahoo address and access that from the PC.
 
It was the same way for me up until I bought a 7105t. I have not been able to access my @tmo.blackberry.net emails since. It was a feature of the older BIS versions.
 
I asked about this when I was setting up my bb and I found the setting for delete from phone or phone/mailbox and wanted to find out how to access it via web (if my bb ever died or something). the feature you're talking about was called blackberry web client (bwc). you could access it through your provider's bis website in the past. it's no longer around.
