I'm looking for a good Tae Kwon do instructor in either northern NJ or Manhattan, I want to learn TKD for self defense, I Dont want or Care about impressing judges at some sport competition i just want to learn how to effectively fight can anyone recommend a good Tkd instructor in my area or how to search for one?
