TJ's tuna in Panang Red Curry Sauce

Since someone here said it was hotter than the Green Curry
I diluted it with some coconut milk. It was delicious.
I'll do that with the Green Curry version also next time
I get it.

My Bumble Bee tuna salad is notoriously bland. :(

meal.

It wasn't as spicy hot as I expected it would be.

A great combination/meal!

Combined with a finishing square of dark chocolate, the best meal in
days!
