Trying to remember and find a short story I read in high school 25 years ago. It was set in the future and War has been turned into a sort of Olympic event with each country sending a team onto the Battlefield. Anyone left alive after the battle becomes above the law, taking anything they want with no consequence. As I remember the story ends with the winner entering a teenage girls house and heading upstairs towards her room. It's similarity to the Hunger Games is what made me want to seek it out. Thought I'd have the kids in my class give it a read. Thanks for your help!
