3 talking bears.? In the movie, the young girl moves to live with her uncle after the death of her mother and father (possibly in a car crash). The uncle lives in a forest because he is on the committee for removing the trees. The blonde girl one day comes across a house in the forest and a family of 3 talking bears lives there. They get together and plan to protest against the city to fight to keep the forest in tact. But the bears end up going into the town meeting and the father bear ends up tranquilized!
