I remember reading about a book that talked about the situations of "awkward" in our society. From politics to pop-culture it showed how we try to avoid awkward situations. I remember that it somehow said we should "embrace" the awkward. It sounded interesting and I can't find the title anywhere. I think it has "Awkward" in the title, but I'm not completely sure.
