Im 18 years old i signed the title of my car when i bought it off craglist not knowing i was going to have to regestior it and insure it .and when i was looking how much it was gonna be it was expensive so i just did a bill of sale to my dad so insurence can be cheaper now i want to sale it .i have my dads permission . the car doesnt have plates it been on a permit and my dads name is only on bill of sale what would i have to do to be able to sale it???
