Title for a 'painting designer'?

I'm making a resume and I need to know the title to call someone who is... a painting designer. They pick colors of sets or projects, figure out what it's going to look like, decide how it's going to be painted... WHAT DO YOU CALL SOMEONE LIKE THAT!? not set designer, because they don't design the set... they just do the paint stuff... HELP?!
