I read this book several years ago, and lost my copy, but it was pretty good.
From memory, it started off with a girl, (anna maybe?) who's family (mum, dad, older brother) have moved to a new town, and start a new school. She soon makes friends with a normal girl, and a very bitchy popular girl. The popular girl turns on her and she becomes depressed, starts to self harm and tries to kill herself (overdose with alcohol), and the other normal girl tries to help her through all this,
Some bits that stand out, the popular guy who likes her putting his hand down the back of her trousers, her playing tennis, going for a walk in the mountains with her dad her dad buying her a glass of cider in a pub, someone saying or thinking "her dads a prick, he drives a jag".
Please help me with this!
I also remember thier being a part in the book stating that teenagers helped write or come up with the idea for the book... I think the book had the word blue in the title but can't be sure.
