titan Mogul 6800 htc lock screen help smart cell phone needs help?

I have a vx6800 and just reinstalled a custom ROM - TITAN_ALLTEL from Dcd. After install it stops on the screen that says, "Tap Screen to set up your windows mobile-based device" Which aligns the screen (click "x") anyway the screen does not work after reinstall??? Can't not click the screen. HELP
