I have lived in San Clemente for over 20 yrs. Tired of the costal fog. i love warm weather. I'm 53 single. Thinking of living in Palm Springs year round. Any Palm Springs locals who there year round? I'm just bored with the OC and would like a change. I'm single and would like to settle into a simple life.
