tire wont come off my 2000 ford focus?

i took all the hub caps off but the tire still wont come off. there is a thing in the middle of the tire that looks like it is coving something but i cant get that off either...any help how to get the tire off please

you have to take the lug nuts off before the tire will come off.

Have u followed the owner's manual? You haven't said whether or not you've removed the lugnuts, scary.
