tire and rim sizing for a 2002 jeep tj?

Hi there. I have been offered a set of 15 x8 rims that came off of a 2003 jeep tj. I currently have a 2002 jeep with new 33 x 10.5 r15 tires. My question is- Will these tires go on these rims? I know I have lots of clearance.
