Tips to tone thighs / butt / belly etc without losing much weight?

I'm pretty thin so i don't really want to be thinner or lose fat necessarily, but I'm not athletic, and certain areas (upper thighs/ bottom and belly) are a bit too "jiggly" for me to be confident.

I would love to tone up, but I'm worried that doing so will cause me to actually become thinner. I play an hour of netball a week, I dance a few hours a week and I walk occasionally for excercise.

I'd love tips! Thankyou
