I'm in my last year of high school this year and i want to do well, so i was wondering, how should my lifestyle be to keep myself and my brain healthy for good studying?
I don't exercise, because i don't like it and i don't plan to spend too much time on that. I want to spend as much time on studying (trying to anyway

Would a short walk every day or something like that suffice?
Is there anything else to boost my learning? Any tips?
