Tips on getting my body tone?

So im currently 15 I've been lifting weights for about a year and a half and im getting pretty big muscle wise. I have weak pecs because I don't bench much so I have fat on my chest and I have fat that is in the way of a tone body. I will run quite often to lose fat, but i was wondering what is the fastest way to lose this fat, to keep running like the stairmaster thing or treadmille or should i keep lifting weights? Both? I feel i should start benching alot more to lose this fat on my chest? Any tips or ideas would be thankful!
