Tips on Chrysler 20hp Auto Electric?

Does anyone have any tips for getting this motor to run. Pictures of your motor may be helpful. I am missing some parts for the conversion to a tiller for example and need help. I also am having some difficulty troubleshooting a starting problem as well.
 
Your motor was made sometime between 1974 and 1981.

Use the chart at this link to determine the year, when ordering parts.
