Tips on Breathing when sprinting? (Get cold throat)?

I' training my cardio, and I really enjoy running, but when I start sprinting (doing 15km on treadmill speed), I can't control my breathing, i start the 'in through nose, out through mouth' and I'm not getting enough air (or I feel like I'm not), so I start to breath through my mouth and here the back of my throat starts getting cold and I loose concentration and bail on the sprint.

Any advice how to regulate my breathing as I'm not getting anywhere with how I'm doing and can't run for 5 minutes without getting out of breath.
Usually I can run for up to 15 minutes on jogging speed
