I am a stay-at-home mom, and I found the perfect gym that has a daycare so I will finally be able to start working out again! I have never used an actual gym, because before I had my daughter I was more of a runner and I was active enough to not have the need for one. But now after having a child I am definately in need of the gym! I am about 5'5" and 170 lbs. so I have some weight to lose. I really don't know what I should be working on, what machines to use, how long & how many reps....ect. Would a couple of sessions with a personal trainer help before I start on my own? I am totally clueless! Any help would be appreciated
