My hair has pretty much sucked for all of my 24 years. My hair is medium length, dark brown, naturally kinky/wavy/frizzy, breaks at the slightest tangle (thus I have pieces of varying length all over my head), will not stay straight no matter what product I use, yet looks terrible done naturally (again, no matter what product I use, defusing or not; I have a lot of cow licks all over).
So I am looking for some tips on how to improve on my hair's appearance; cut, product, etc. My current routine is a daily shampoo and condition, followed by two kinds of straightening products (a liquid and a lotion), and a dab of heat protectant mousse. I blow it straight with a round brush after some air drying. That's pretty much it. Anyone able to help? Thanks.
