since the new school year is starting i want a new healthier lifestyle. i am a 13 year old girl .
what i have got so far is =
-sit up straight
- obviously dont drink or smoke :O, dont worry i never have before
-get 9.5 hours sleep a day, which is the recomended amount for my age
-drink 1.5-2 litres water a day
-avoid unhealthy foods
-eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day
-excersize for half an hour a day
-do my homework when i get it so i dont get stressed out
- be organised and calm as to avoid troubles or arguments which could be stressful
is there anything else ?
