Tiny white worms in fish tank, not planaria?

I was enjoying my betta tank... And notice this tiny worm crawling on my glass.

I tried taking a pic or video but it's too tiny for macro to even notice. What is it? Shaped like a worm, not flat

Nemotoads? Are they bad? How do I get rid of the,? Will red cherry shrimp eat them?
