i recently noticed very small red dots on my arms. they aren't itchy or painful, i just don't know what they are. they are about the size of a blackhead, if not smaller, so they are hard to notice. i scratched at one and i disappeared for a second, but reappeared quickly - it looked like blood, but didn't really bleed like a wound. can anyone tell me what this might be?
