Bump! It's like a mini dent, its the best I can reply. I've seen these on people often, I'm worried that my skin will never be the same again, I'll have this mark FOREVER!
It may or may not heal on its own. If it doesn't disappear in a month or two without using anything, then you can bet it won't heal on its own. I had pits that were rather deep - about 2mm and 2 OTC products Silkia camellia oil and Epidermx Microdermabrasion got rid of them for me. It took over a year for my deep scars to heal. I think it'd be sooner for your tiny pits.
