Tiny fish...........................?

Took up fishing recently and have been catching tiny (3-15 inch fish).

What's the best way to use these?
Besides deep frying them to a crisp.

Realistically, I'm not going to sit in the kitchen for a day gutting, scaling 200 tiny fish...

You probably dont want have to deal with their tiny bones either. Soak them over night in vinegar and garlic. The vinegar will destroy what makes the bones hard. From there, they really would taste delicious fried.
