There's a cluster of bumps on the middle of the palm of my hand.
They're either clear or the color of my skin (probably the color of my skin, really) and the center of them is darker than the rest, but only if you look at them under really good light. I poked at them with a needle (probably a terrible idea as now they're aggravated and sore) and they leak a kind of clear substance. Definitely not a puss, more like a water-y oily sort of deal. They're very small but I have three that are in their own cluster and are larger than the others by a little bit.
I asked my mom about it and she said it was probably just a rash, but I'm a little worried because I've been messing with them and I don't want it to spread or anything.
I just noticed them today like thirty minutes ago by the way, and I don't think I had them last night.
Any suggestions as to what they might be would be appreciated!
Also, they don't itch at all.
I put rash cream on them and covered them with a band-aid, hoping for the best that they'll be gone tomorrow
