Tiny bumps under my skin on my finger tips and palms?

I have tiny bumps underneath my skin on the sides of some of my fingers and a few on my palms. The other day they were very itchy but at the moment they only feel a bit irritated when i put pressure on them.
I thought they might be blisters but i havnt burnt my fingers recently and they are underneath my skin and cant pop.
What could they be?
