hi im totally new to modding and tuning cars. im 15 and ima be 16 in october. i know the basic modding stuff i read about it alot. and im into cars ALOT. i wanna start tinting my dads honda accord (most likely mine soon =p) and i was wondering where should i buy the tint film. also wat percentage? i want them to look cool (also tint for the lights) and also is it illegla or something to tint the front windows ( not the side ones, the one above the hood) and any tips u got cuz im new to this and i dont know if i can get it right on my first shot. it takes practice i know and im totally cool with that. also im goin for some black rims soon (right now its 15" and i want 17". good condition, used is ok and also cheap (not very cheap but cheaper =p) anything u got people help is appreciated
