My hair is dark brown with bits of black naturally. I live in the sunny place so it's brown is more noticeable in the sun. I want it took to look blue in the sun or in regular light also like a strong tint that glows. I'm not bleaching so I know it the results will be subtle. Do I get dark blue hair dye and dye my whole head or buy black/blue hair dye? Which will show more blue w/o bleach?
