Hi for my boyfriends birthday I was wondering if as a gift I can get him some sort of gift certificate or something so he can get his windows tinted is there any place in the San Fernando valley that let's u do this? Like I want to pay for his windows to get tinted but there's no way I can take his car and actually take it to have it tinted so do shops give like gift cards or gift certificates something like that?
